These terms apply to services provided by Mount Atlanta, LLC ("Mount Atlanta," "we," "us") and to your use of our website and messaging.
Bookings and payment
A $25 deposit is collected when you book. The remaining balance is due after the job is complete. Special-order items may require the customer to purchase the mount, or a 50% payment upfront if we order it.
SMS terms
• Program: Mount Atlanta, LLC customer messaging: quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, review requests and, if you agreed, offers.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or contact admin@mountatlanta.com or (404) 913-7134.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Mount Atlanta is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
